What you will cover
- Assessment, baseline labs (testosterone, LH/FSH, SHBG), PSA, and contraindications.
- Product selection, dosing, and titration across gels, injectables, and pellets.
- Shared decision-making, fertility considerations, and informed consent.
- Monitoring intervals (3–6 months, then annually), adverse effect management, and escalation.
- Documentation, PGDs, SOPs, and clinical governance for TRT services.
